Reserve a table within seconds

VariTable knows the available seats and helps you find the best seating arrangement for your hotel guests. One look at the table plan lets you determine which tables are still available in a particular reservation period. The reservation is created by clicking on the schematic plan. Changes to the table setup at short notice can also be made directly in the table plan.

A reservation book goes mobile

With VariTable, you will have access to the reservation book wherever you can use a PC in your company. This helps you and your staff avoid inquiries, time-consuming phone calls to clarify information as well as misunderstandings. With VariTable, the reservation book can be shared via the network, so that you and your staff can take, edit or call up reservations from all workstations.

The table plan and timeline ensure a clear schematic representation of the booking situation in the individual areas.

VariTable schematically displays table plans for different restaurants or areas. You no longer have to go through unclear or confusing remarks. Instead, you can now navigate within a particular time window with an easy-to-use slide control in order to view the bookings.

The timeline offers an additional display option allowing you to display time windows of one day up to one month.

Review what's important anytime

The reservation book includes all relevant details, any changes as well as the comprehensive function sheets. In addition, the reservation book also shows reservations on the waiting list and optional reservations. Even changes made to reservations are displayed.

In the future, you can anticipate your guests' wishes with a glance at your PC

VariTable automatically keeps customer profiles where you can identify personal preferences of your guests such as a preferred table anytime. Furthermore, the customer profile also displays all previous reservations, cancellations or no-shows. Naturally, all information collected on your customers can be imported into other programs for a mail merge or e-mails.
