Give your hotel software support: Finally, the reception desk knows what is happening in the restaurant and vice versa. Our interface ensures that your hotel software and VariTable can work together smoothly.

A congenial partner for your hotel software

With VariTable Resort, reservations from the connected hotel reservation system can be displayed in VariTable. VariTable knows the available seats and helps you find the best seating arrangement for your hotel guests for their entire stay. One look at the table plan lets you determine which tables are still available in a particular reservation period. The reservation is created by clicking on the schematic plan. Changes to the table setup at short notice can also be made directly in the table plan.

Reception desk and restaurant don't need a word to communicate

Your hotel software (PMS) automatically provides VariTable with all reservation data and detailed information on each guest. Thus, assigning tables for your guests in advance for their entire stay can be done with very little effort. Even changes in room reservations, such as a change in the number of guests, extensions or cancellations, will automatically be registered by VariTable. No more need for long explanations. Instead, perfect cooperation without words.

Reservations, changes and cancellations are reflected automatically.

Tables can be assigned directly in the table plan for a guest's entire stay using the drag & drop function.
New, assigned and changed reservations are displayed separately.
